ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I start a return?

Not in love with your GoatGuns? Return them within 100 days in original packaging for a refund of the product cost. There is a $5 processing fee.

Start a return. Enter only the number portion of your order number—leave off “-GOAT” or other text. View return information.

My order has a missing or broken part. What now?

We’ve got you. Take a clear picture of the issue and email Support@goatguns.com with your order number, model name, and the part you need. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

I received the wrong item or a damaged product.

Email Support@goatguns.com with your order number, a picture of what arrived, and what you expected to receive so we can help get it sorted.

Can I cancel my order?

We ship Monday through Friday, and orders cannot be cancelled because of our fulfillment process. If you placed an order by mistake, you can return it after it arrives. The 100-day return policy, original-packaging requirement, and $5 processing fee apply.

Can you apply a promo code after I order?

Forgot a code? Unfortunately, we can’t apply promo codes to orders that have already been placed. Be sure to enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase.

Can I return or exchange apparel?

Apparel is made to order through a third party. Returns or exchanges for choosing a different size aren’t available. If an item arrives defective or in a size different from what you ordered, email Support@goatguns.com with your order number and a photo.

What should I include when I email support?

Send your order number, model name, a short description of what’s wrong, and clear photos of the part or product. A short video can help show a moving-part issue.

Keeping the details together helps us understand the problem. Email Support@goatguns.com—no form to hunt down.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

When will my order ship, and how do I track it?

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Standard USA orders typically arrive in 2–5 days. Free US shipping is available on orders over $100.

Custom engraved items and apparel have separate schedules—see the question below.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states and most APO addresses, plus Canada and much of Europe.

We currently do not ship to New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Africa, Asia, or the Middle East. Check available destinations at checkout.

How long does international shipping take?

Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–14 days. Please allow 2–6 weeks for European orders to clear customs. International orders ship via UPS or FedEx.

Delivery depends on the destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and customs fees; an option to pay upfront is available at checkout.

Tracking says delivered, but my package isn’t here.

That’s frustrating, recruit. USPS sometimes marks a package delivered before it reaches you. Please allow 2–3 more business days or contact your local post office before contacting us.

Still missing? Email Support@goatguns.com with your order number and tracking information.

Why did my engraved item or apparel ship separately?

Custom engraved parts are made and shipped each Friday, separately from other items in your order. Apparel is made to order; please allow up to 2–3 weeks for it to arrive.

MODELS & BUILDING

Do they shoot?

No, recruit. These are strictly non-firing collectible models. Just like a diecast car doesn’t drive, a GoatGun will never shoot. Build it, customize it, and put it on display.

How big are GoatGuns? Are they all the same scale?

Small scale. Plenty of personality. GoatGuns range from about 4–16 inches, and dimensions and scale vary by model. Check the individual product page before buying, especially if you’re matching an existing collection or display.

Some models have adjustable stocks, so their length changes with stock position.

What are GoatGuns made of?

Small scale. Serious heft. Most GoatGuns are diecast metal, with some hard plastic or acrylic parts where the full-size version would have them. That weight in your hand is often the first surprise.

Materials, weight, and details vary by model. Check its product page for the full rundown.

Which models cycle dummy rounds?

Some models—including the 1911, MCX®, AK12, RPK, P90, SCAR®, and MK22®—cycle dummy rounds. It’s a model-specific feature, not something every GoatGun does. The current AR15 model does not cycle rounds.

Check the exact model’s product details and assembly guide before ordering. Dummy-round cycling is a display feature; these models never shoot.

Are the moving parts the same on every model?

Nope. Each miniature has its own details and moving parts. A feature you love on one model may not be on another. Check the product description and model’s video guide for what that model actually does.

How do I assemble my GoatGun?

The hands-on build is the best part! GoatGuns snap or screw together. Assembly takes between 5–15 minutes. Instructions are supplied with each model.

Need to see a step up close? Find your model’s assembly video and guide.

A part won’t fit, feels loose, or won’t move. What should I do?

Pause the build and check your model’s instructions and assembly video. Make sure you’re following the steps for the exact model you own, and don’t force a part that won’t fit.

Still stuck? Email Support@goatguns.com with your order number, model name, and clear photos or a short video of the issue.

Do all attachments and racks fit every GoatGun?

Check compatibility first, recruit. Attachments and racks are not universal. Read the attachment or rack’s product details for compatible models before ordering. Similar-looking models can have different fits.

Not sure? Send the model and accessory names to Support@goatguns.com before you buy. Browse attachments.

Can I customize my GoatGun?

Heck yes you can! Make it YOURS with attachments or your own handy skills. Collectors also use their own paint jobs or Cerakote finishes to create a personal setup.

Check attachment compatibility with your model before buying. Your collection, your style. Sarge approves.

Is a GoatGun a good gift? Will they need to build it?

The build is part of the gift. Models come with assembly instructions, and most builds take 5–15 minutes. Choose a model they’ll enjoy building and displaying, and check its product page for exactly what’s included.

Matching a rack or attachment? Check compatibility with that specific model.

Where can I display them, and what should I know about local rules?

GoatGuns are non-firing collectibles made for display and hands-on enjoyment. Check the rules that apply where you live.

Keep them in a safe place at home. Never take a model to an airport, school, or public location, and never point or aim one at another person.
